Loevy & Loevy is a nationally recognized litigation law firm devoted to civil rights cases including wrongful conviction, police misconduct, whistleblower protection, and other cases related to justice. The firm is seeking a Director of Firm Culture and People Practices to work out of the Chicago office. This person’s job duties will include developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of hiring, retention, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, coaching with a growth mindset, and equitable compensation practices.

The Director of Firm Culture and People Practices will leverage industry knowledge and best practices to provide strategic leadership around people practices, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and advance firm culture needs and plans alongside firm management. Prior law firm experience is desired as well as experience and expertise in DEI organizational practices.

Education and Experience: A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in organizational learning, human resource, change management or related field preferred.
