You are smart, tenacious, personable and empathetic. You enjoy selling and have a deep understanding of the K-12 market in your region. You’ve demonstrated success in developing, nurturing and maintaining district-level relationships, and have a respected voice in your education circles. You’re a pro at matching district initiatives and funding sources to supporting resources. You foster new relationships, communicate with ease and don’t shy from closing. You want to be part of a company that is committed to helping school districts large and small achieve their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue quota
  • Effectively manage qualified stream of sourced leads, while developing your own
  • Build relationships with education leaders and have a respected voice among them
  • Expand existing site level business
  • Position and present Flocabulary as a solution to meet unique and varied needs of schools
  • Collaborate with your territory’s inside sales, customer success and other supporting functions
  • Maintain high satisfaction and retention within your territory
  • Help support and inform Flocabulary’s roadmap
  • Represent and present Flocabulary at national and local conferences


REQUIREMENTS

  • You have 5+ years of K-12 experience, primarily at a strategic level
  • You can demonstrate through past accomplishments your ability to meet and exceed goals
  • You can learn new systems and adapt processes quickly
  • You have experience with consultative selling
  • You are comfortable working in an adapting and open environment
  • You are open to travel (up to 40%), and based in or around NY, NJ, TX, FL or GA
