LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED SENIOR RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

Are you passionate about deepening your understanding of your community and the policies that shape it? Do you have public opinion research experience and skills that you are looking to further develop and use to inform important community decisions? Does being a part of thoughtful, collaborative, and supportive team excite you? If so, we encourage you to apply to join the team at DHM Research as a Senior Research Associate!

ABOUT THE POSITION

**While this position will be remote in the coming months, preference will be given to candidates who will be able to join our team in person—at least part time—in the future.**

Like everyone on the DHM Research team, you’ll wear many hats as a Senior Research Associate. In this role, you will provide strong support to Project Managers on multiple research projects at a time and independently conduct all phases of research for an increasing number of your own projects. Your main responsibilities will include developing and coordinating research, preparing client deliverables, analyzing research results, and communicating with clients. You’ll also offer some support to our internal Operations team, helping to prepare, format, and QA client deliverables and other documents.

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate on and eventually lead a significant number of research projects working with policy advocates, communications firms, ballot measure campaigns, and government agencies. DHM offers active mentorship, funding, and other support for professional development. This full-time position also includes a competitive salary and benefits package.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: $43,000–$53,000

Community: Four hours of paid volunteer time per month

DHM strives to cultivate a workplace that is welcoming, inclusive, and supportive of our coworkers in and beyond our work lives. Here’s a bit about what you can expect about our office culture.

  • Life-work balance, including generous paid vacation time
  • Passionate and supportive coworkers
  • Casual dress code
  • Transit-friendly office location in a co-working space (when in-person)
  • Working remotely through at least August 2021
