We do this by specifically guiding organizations (not-for-profits and for-profits alike) to integrate profit and purpose by helping their people connect the dots on how they use their passions, skills, and work to contribute to widespread social and environmental impact. In our 8 years of work with over 200 professionals, 70+ social impact organizations, we've built proprietary tools and 100+ hours of content to inspire and guide professionals to build careers, businesses, and lives that are good for the communities around them and our shared planet.

Our current team is small and mighty, and we are looking to expand by hiring a full-time, Recruiting & Community Development Associate. We’re looking for a empathetic, eager-to-learn, determined, energetic professional to translate over eight years of social impact fellowship and client experience into content that builds our community. As a member of our small team, this person will be able and expected to contribute beyond the role descriptions provided, according to our needs, and your skills and interests.
