About the DO School

Our mission is to make Good Business a reality. The world today confronts us with many challenges. But when great ideas are brought to life through entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and implementation skills, we can make a real difference. In the world of business—and in the world at large. The DO School is a global organization which empowers budding impact entrepreneurs and major organizations with the skills they need to pave the way to better business. Through our experiential learning programs and The DO School Method, we enable teams and individuals to create hands-on innovation solutions and to foster a culture of entrepreneurship. From H&M to BMW, the UN, YouTube or the City of New York, our partners come to us with problems that can’t be solved the usual way.

Drawing on our unique network of DOers and experts from across disciplines and around the planet, the DO School works side by side with these partners—first to innovate solutions, then to implement them. The result is results. But it’s also something more. It’s growth in the culture of the organisation, with people empowered to work together, to think—and DO—as never before.

What you would do

The DO School is currently rethinking the design of some of our core communication materials such as the website, key presentations with partners, as well as our sales deck. You will participate in developing a new visual and corporate identity for the organization and will be responsible for making sure that this identity gets implemented in everything we do.

The project will take place over four months, during which time you will be on retainer. If the cooperation is successful, we would seek to make you one of our regular suppliers.

Your profile

You are the quintessential design lover. You understand how to marry aesthetics with the message being conveyed. You have a deep understanding of color, image composition and an intuitive sense of what font to use in a particular context. You know how to make the stuffiest corporate clients happy while being capable of going in avant garde directions from time to time. Other requirements include:

  • A degree in graphic design or equivalent.
  • Several years experience working with corporate clients as well as NGOs.
  • A working knowledge of Wordpress and ability to implement design decisions on a backend level.
  • Ability to be on campus in Berlin for briefings.
  • Strong English skills as well as basic understanding of German.
  • A desire to make a positive social impact.
