Position: Customer and Artisan Relations Specialist
Job Description: Hiptipico is looking for a dedicated professional to be the direct link between our operations on the ground and our customers around the globe. This person’s focus is to maintain and improve current relationships with Hiptipico customers and artisan partners. A large part of this position is supervising web orders, email correspondence, customer service, travel design, and artisan relations. Other duties include basic administrative database management, financial organization, and strategy development. This person needs to have experience working with indigenous communities or artisans in Latin America.
Duration: 3 Month Trial + Minimum of 1 Year
