We have an immediate opening for an associate attorney with up to five years' experience (including clerkship or fellowship experience) to join our thriving practice.

Bredhoff & Kaiser is proud to represent the interests of working people and their organizations. Our aim is to provide our clients with first-rate advice and representation to assist them in achieving their goals.

Associates make vital contributions to this effort. From the beginning of their careers, associates participate in cases as active members of the team and, with appropriate supervision, take on real and increasing case responsibility – including participating in client meetings, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and taking part in every aspect of the legal, factual, and strategic development of a case. In addition, B&K is committed to training, and provides both internal and external training opportunities, particularly with regard to litigation skills. We view the professional development of associates as an investment in the future of B&K.

Successful applicants will possess outstanding writing and analytical skills and academic records; clerkship/fellowship and/or law journal experience is strongly preferred. *Please note that submission of your law school transcript is required for consideration.*

The firm is committed to diversity, and encourages applications from persons of color, persons identifying as LBGTQ, and persons with disabilities.

Bredhoff & Kaiser offers associates an excellent package of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), profit-sharing, and paid parental leave.
