Sphere is a new business created by Bright Light Ventures. Sphere’s goal is to provide a platform that allows individual entrepreneurs and small business owners to thrive in an increasingly competitive and fast changing world. 


Our first product is designed for realtors. Most are still using a combination of whiteboards, calendars, and post-it notes to manage their business. It’s a space where nearly anyone regardless of age, education or background has the opportunity to make a good living, and it’s a huge market (more than 2M in the US).


We partnered with top local realtors to create a simple, user-friendly platform to centralize and organize all aspects of the business from transaction management to To Do lists. Sphere creates a template that makes it easy for the average realtor to follow top performers’ best practices in organization, operations, and business development. Consistently following the Sphere action steps and recommendations significantly increases sales and meaningfully reduces time spent on administrative tasks.


Essential for the CEO role:

  1. Sales. Someone who really enjoys business development and sales, and has a solid background in the space.
  2. Execution. Being able to get things done quickly without large corporate resources.
  3. Team Management. Experience managing a team of 10 people or more.


We are just about to launch a partnership with one of the largest players in the space so a big part of the job will hopefully be managing huge growth, while making sure the product and customer support are very solid.
