Carbon Lighthouse is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Sales with a proven track record of growth to lead our direct sales efforts and oversee a 15-person team. This ideal candidate has at least five years of experience selling directly in a quota-bearing enterprise sales role selling an elective or novel offering which required creating a need for a software or a tech-enabled service (e.g. no RFPs). The ideal candidate also has at least five years experience managing and overseeing an enterprise sales team doing the same.
We are a decade-old company, but only recently have changed our sale to be very focused on ARR and ongoing services, meaning what we have sold is both well-established and also has a lot to be tested and improved upon. As a result, the ideal candidate will enjoy working in a company that is still determining the best ways to iterate upon the offering. A successful candidate in this role will bring to Carbon Lighthouse their deep expertise in winning and expanding enterprise sales. They will have a passion for success and for seeing our mission achieved.
