Neon One is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for our exciting and fast growing software company that is focused on delivering best-in-class technology solutions to nonprofit organizations. Our ideal candidate has a track record of being an exceptional closer, inbound and outbound sales experience, and familiarity with data management software and the Nonprofit industry. You will work closely with large prospective customers to understand their organization’s challenges and present solutions from our Neon Fundraise and Neon Giving Day’s solutions. You will be part of a fun and collaborative environment driving business while helping our customers make a social impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales quota on a quarterly and annual basis by:
  • Owning full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Developing a sales strategy with a target prospect list, and a sales plan.
  • Developing marketing plans with the marketing and SDR team to drive revenue growth.
  • Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
  • Sales process management and opportunity closure
  • Establish lasting relationships with Executives and Decision-Makers
  • Plan and deliver presentations that give prospective customers insights into how our solutions solve their challenges
  • Work with dedicated cross-functional team members to help close business
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product, industry changes and the competitive landscape

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of previous Account Executive experience
  • Relevant sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or Nonprofit environment
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts
  • Consistent track record of navigating within large organizations
  • History of meeting or exceeding performance goals and benchmarks
  • Ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process 
  • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
  • Plenty of initiative
  • Tech savvy and willing to become proficient in Salesforce, NeonCRM, and other tech platforms Strong written and presentation-based communication skills are required
  • Proven sales skills in complex deal development, financial structuring, negotiations and closing business
