WorldFinds is a brand of ethically-sourced, style-driven jewelry, accessories, and gift items that empower women in the developing world through fair trade. 

We are a B2B company: we design, import, and market our collection to museum stores, boutiques, gift shops, and other specialty retailers. 

Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker who easily moves between left brain and right brain tasks. She or he is highly detail-oriented, yet also a people person. They are as comfortable on the phone as they are updating spreadsheets. They are happy to help out at a trade show, and write easily-understood messages to our customers.

They care about improving out customers' journey through our brand and creating a positive experience. They are a good listener with a knack for assessing customers' needs and solving problems. They have a passion for fair trade, a global view of the world, great writing skills, and a helpful, conscientious attitude.
