About You:

We’re seeking someone who loves research and reporting. You are ambitious, energetic, and detail-oriented. The Quality Assurance Specialist, Sales will ensure all sales interactions, whether in-person, over the phone, or online, are aligned with our desired experience. This person will track, report, and identify trends to share with ales leaders at Inspire. You’re someone who loves process and sees a future in quality assurance, sales management, or regulatory policy. You will report to the Senior Director of Member Experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Research all customer feedback or complaints, and work with sales team to implement process improvements, coaching and/or corrective measures
  • Complete daily audits of multiple customer touch points to evaluate quality levels and regulatory compliance
  • Enable more, high-quality sales while simultaneously mitigating risk from negative interactions by finding solutions to common problems
  • Work with sales leaders from across our sales teams through auditing sales processes and providing feedback
  • Create tracking and reporting to proactively identify trends
  • Place outbound calls to consumers, as needed, to assess the quality of the sales interaction that occurred with members
  • Based on findings, make training content recommendations to Inspire’s sales trainers and assist in authoring, as needed
  • Assist in sales representative onboarding process and setup in sales platforms
  • Create weekly/monthly reporting to monitor sales production and sales quality
  • Become the subject-matter expert on our desired sales experience for all of our acquisition channels

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer facing experience in call center, retail, service, or related industries
  • Ideally 1+ years experience in a similar QA role in a consumer-facing Sales environment
  • A passion for clean energy, smart home technology, and emerging businesses
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a sales environment
  • Thrive in a production, results-driven role
  • Immaculate research skills that translate to written and verbal communication
  • BA or BS level degree, preferred but not required
