We seek a digital lead generation and growth hacking marketing professional with demonstrable skills and abilities rather than studies or diplomas. We’re a small entrepreneurial team searching for a doer/ technical expert at the tools and fundamentals laid out below, not someone to oversee people who do this work.
- Expert in Lead Generation Campaigns set up, management, and optimization experience in social platforms and e-mail marketing.
- Set up, optimization / management for ROI, and all collateral - written, imagery, video etc.
- Create funnels and systems properly; drop into sales leads.
- Must be able to create and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Developing and implementing customer acquisition and retention programs
- Expert Growth Hacker – know how to optimize the entire marketing funnel for maximum growth, from awareness all the way through to retention.
- Critically important that you know how to analyze, test, and use all of the tools to implement the strategy.
- Expert at Digital Marketing tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Zoho Marketing Hub, etc.
- Social Media - Creating and managing the schedule, design and text, lead generation campaigns and ads - setting up, following results, making relevant changes on the fly
- Ability to monitor technology and competitive landscape to lead and drive new innovative solutions to support business objectives
- Review and manage content marketing strategy
- Enhancing the UX/UI of the MEJDI website, making it inspirational and transactional / Traveler journey - embedding and linking to other company systems, drip campaigns, etc
- Excel at Managing for Positive ROI - Experience in management and control of marketing budgets in a way that show management the ROI of your work
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Minimum 4 years in similar positions experience
- Experience doing marketing for the US market
- Knowledge of the tourism industry
- Interest and motivation for Mejdi Tours main purpose
- Interest and motivation for social media and content. Tours are our main product and we have to share this experience to potential customers, do market research before making hasty decisions
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with the internal team to create the best marketing products
