Job Overview:

We're seeking an individual who is passionate about enhancing financial wellness and social mobility in higher education, and improving college graduation rates for low and middle-income students, to serve as a Partner Success Manager (PSM) for Edquity. At Edquity, PSMs liaise between higher education administrators and internal stakeholders across to ensure the timely and successful launch and implementation of our products. 


What You Will Do:

  • Support the onboarding, launch and implementation of Edquity products at colleges across the country, and serve as an effective partner for administrators as you work together to increase student persistence rates.
  • Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of our product solutions according to customer needs and objectives for a portfolio of 10 college partners (subject to change).
  • Ensure college partners are satisfied with Edquity’s support on a day-to-day basis
  • Provide data reporting and analysis to demonstrate the value of Edquity’s to college partners, including the creation of product usage and performance data reports.
  • Train and work with college partner staff to optimize their use of technology and implementation of Edquity across college communities in collaboration with Edquity’s Partner and Student Success team.
  • Collect and share launch and implementation best practices among all college partners and students, and as Edquity grows, facilitate communication between college partners to foster communities of practice. 
  • Facilitate collaboration with the Student Support Team to share relevant information about college partners (e.g. launch coordination, adjustments to grant funding protocols, etc.), maintain databases, synthesize information into spreadsheets and reports, and other responsibilities as needed.


What You Should Have:

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience, including a demonstrated track record of owning customer relationships, including implementation and renewal
  • A passion for supporting students and a desire to reduce structural inequality
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and through writing), present and influence credibly and effectively internally and externally, especially with the development team to ensure timely roll-out for college partners
  • Excellent time and project management skills and ability to rapidly improve inefficient processes
  • Experience managing multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and help desk support software
  • Experience preferred with Tableau, Hubspot and Intercom
