Responsibilities


  • Manage the day to day operations of a growing billing team
  • Oversee, streamline, and scale billing processes for a growing startup
  • Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes
  • Special program/billing planning and implementation
  • Resolve escalated billing tickets with customers
  • Assist with the implementation of a new billing system
  • Assist with hiring, training, and developing billing associates


Requirements


  • 3-5 years of experience working for a mid-large size billing team; management experience required
  • College degree in accounting/finance/business or related field
  • Proven ability to perform strategic planning and priority setting for a billing department
  • Experience improving process efficiencies and solving problems
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
