FOUNDATION HIRING CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (CDO), FELLOWSHIP ACADEMY (Remote)

The Learners Lab Foundation is a charitable foundation serving as the nations first workforce training incubator and 501c economic development enterprise. The Foundation works relentlessly to develop programs & to connect un & under-employed persons in the labor force with the training products and job placement services, and we develop & connect an ignored market of 501c start-up & tax exempt entrepreneurs to business, financial, merchant & media resources they are excluded from or cannot access on their own.

We also serve as a Fiscal Sponsor to, and operate a Technical Assistance Service Center for New, Future, Young & Start-Up 501c's of ALL types headquartered here in the US.

This is our mission.

The Foundation, thanks to incoming EIDL funding, has begun recruiting to expand it existing team of Senior Executive Volunteers and are hiring 2 persons to serve as Co-Chief Development Officers (CDO). These are "volunteer-to-hire" roles that lead our Fellowship Academy and will promote to stipend, then full time salaried. The CDO role Partners with TLLF's Founder to develop/complete programs for our Executive Management Fellowship Academy, mentors its Fellows, and custom design the Foundation Development operations which the Fellows serve our Fiscal Sponsorship Awardees & Technical Assistance Service Center (TASC) Clients as part of their hands-on practicum.

Foundation Fellowships are 2-year engagements that will result in a broad, incredibly high level of expertise. Year 1 is part time and unpaid though stipends may become available as funding allows for the 2nd half of the first year (we are working on that). Year 2 is paid, optional, and includes supervisory responsibilities over interns, apprentices – also a unique program. Graduates from the 2-year fellowship will be offered paid mentorships for incoming fellows, and both one & 2-year fellows receive job placement assistance at the end of their respective programs.
