Summer Associates will work with the Support Team to create a Bureau Book containing vital details of the Bureau’s 5 divisions/offices and later with Communications on the creation of a Bureau orientation video. The video as well as other media created from information collected will showcase the scope and depth of DPW's work as well as the career opportunities for new and potential hires within the Baltimore area.

Our overall goal for this program is to better analyze data and report on agency initiatives in an effort to improve living conditions in low-income neighborhoods and bolster communication between them and agency offices. This section’s role will work between the Water Bureau and the Communications office to create a “Bureau Book”, aimed at consolidating the details of the Bureau’s various divisions to highlight DPW’s and the Water Bureau’s career opportunities particularly for youth. Once created, the materials will be shared onto other media platforms to increase reach and awareness.
