As we approach our 20th anniversary, we’re in a period of expansion and are offering an opportunity for someone who has solid administrative skills and wants to be of service in a creative, dynamic environment. 

This is a part-time position of 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Manage administrative tasks for the Program Manager

Assist in the creation and development of marketing materials

Coordinate and manage social media posts tied to the marketing and growth strategy

Manage and update the website

Event coordination

Organize and maintain Membership program

 

Skills/Qualifications:

 

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to field inquiries with tact, discretion and diplomacy

Computer skills:  Google Suite, Word, Excel and basic WordPress website management

Social media management / knowledge of trends

Email marketing / database experience

Ability to work independently
