    • Work with the Director of HR & Administration to align program efforts with EF Connect’s long-term strategy.
    • Ensure programs are inclusive, mission-aligned, and scalable.
    • Track program performance using KPIs and outcome metrics; identify gaps and opportunities.
    • Represent the Program Development committee in EF-wide planning, updates, and Town Halls.
    • Contribute updates at Town Halls, cross-departmental leadership meetings, and HR team syncs.

    Qualifications:

    • 3–5 years of experience in program leadership, curriculum design, youth development, or nonprofit strategy.
    • Education in Social Sciences, Education, Human Services, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is an asset.
    • Experience leading cross-functional volunteer teams.
    • Strong facilitation, strategic planning, and people development skills.

    • Passionate about mentorship, innovation, and building youth capability.

    • Empowering emerging adults with their growth and development
    • Innovating the movement towards mental wellness
    • Collaboration with multidisciplinary senior board members
