    VOLUNTEER CORDINATOR

    ROLES OF A VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR:

    A volunteer coordinator plays a vital role in managing and engaging volunteers within our organization. Some key roles include:

    * Recruiting and interviewing potential volunteers

    * Matching volunteers with appropriate tasks and projects

    * Creating and scheduling volunteer opportunities

    * Training and orienting volunteers

    * Supervising and supporting volunteers

    * Recognizing and appreciating volunteer contributions

    * Tracking volunteer hours and impact

    * Communicating with staff and stakeholders about volunteer needs and accomplishments

    By fulfilling these roles, a volunteer coordinator helps ensure that volunteers feel valued, engaged, and productive, ultimately enhancing the organization's mission and community impact.
