J-Intelligence Networks, Inc. (JINTEL) is a nonprofit organization 501(c)(3) that promotes a faith-based message of healing and emotional wellness. Our mission is to use faith-based and therapeutic tools to empower women in their emotional health and wellness process. These tools educate, connect, and transform into the abundant life that God provides. We are looking for volunteers to help us establish a social media presence of (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). You would be responsible for posting and engaging with our audience on the different platforms.

HISTORY: 

JINTEL was founded in 2018 after Founder, Kemir Baker wanted to provide a safe place for women to gather to address their emotional well-being. Kemir endured a traumatic childhood, which placed her on her healing journey. Due to her experiences, she understood the importance of having a great support team and tools to thrive. With the assistance of life coaches, social workers, therapists, and everyday people, we inspire others to pursue long-term transformation in their everyday lives. Our goal is for women to be spiritually strengthened and delivered from circumstances.


Social Media Champion Role Description:

  • Help maintain an active social media presence across our primary channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Find new, scalable ways to grow social media following and increase engagement:
  • Increase the number of followers by following and engaging with potential clients and candidates.
  • Build Facebook and Instagram ‘likes’ by approaching potential clients and candidates through other social media channels and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create content for LinkedIn profile.
  • Use LinkedIn polls and surveys to build our social media footprint and reputation.
  • Collaborate to create unique + engaging social media content
  • Through storytelling, help highlight our successes and drive engagement in our community
  • Monitor analytics from running social posts to identify viable ideas
  • Understand and utilize SEO concepts
  • Ability to create/edit photos (Adobe Photoshop is a bonus)

Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience and interest in social media. Active on all our primary social media channels 
  • Highly self-motivated/an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn.
  • Sense of humor and collaboration

This position is remote. The time commitment will vary from week to week and is dependent on the efficiency and experience of the volunteer. Volunteers will be expected; however, to prepare for regular posting, even if this is done in bulk through a social media scheduler.
