CALL FOR NOMINATIONS - BOARD OF DIRECTORS POSITION
CDIC calls for nomination proposals for its board of directors.
The Board of Directors provides strategic leadership, governance, establishes policy, oversees the operations and financial performance of the Collection and assesses the Board’s own effectiveness.
An initial orientation session is provided. Participation on the Board is voluntary and there is no remuneration for service.
Expected commitment from board members
Each term is two years and renewable.
Attend four to five meeting per year, including the annual members’ meeting.
Commit time to remain informed of the Collection’s activities and respect the Collections policies, in all outgoing communication.
