    Description

    A Human Resources (HR) Consultant Supervisor oversees the HR department and ensures efficient execution of HR processes, while also providing guidance and support to HR staff and managers. This role involves a mix of supervisory duties, consulting on HR matters, and contributing to strategic HR planning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervisory:

    • Overseeing daily HR operations, managing staff performance, and providing guidance and support to the HR team.

    Consulting:

    • Advising managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and assisting with employee relations issues.

    Strategic HR:

    • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.

    Compliance:

    • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

    Other Responsibilities:

    • May include overseeing recruitment and selection processes, managing employee relations issues, and conducting performance evaluations.

    • We can discuss shifts: 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm
