    Description

Spanish-Speaking Volunteers: Bring Music to Patients *Virtually* with Musicians On Call

Musicians On Call (MOC) is a nonprofit organization that brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients, families and caregivers in healthcare environments. You can help deliver the healing power of music virtually to Spanish-speaking patients!

MOC's Programa Virtual en Español is a 30-minute show that is livestreamed to pediatric and adult patients across the country. The Volunteer Guide manages the Zoom call / YouTube livestream, and the Volunteer Musician performs 6-7 hospital appropriate songs in Spanish. The Volunteer Guide hosts the show, talking with the Musician in between songs and both volunteers must speak fluent Spanish.

    • Programa Virtual en Español - Tuesdays @ 5:30pm ST / 4:30 CT / 3:30pm MT / 2:30pm PT
    • Volunteers must commit to volunteering once a month for at least one year
