Pollinator Planting at Spring Lake Regional Park | Prior Lake
Join Great River Greening at Spring Lake Regional Park. This project will aim to create diverse and widely flowering pollinator plantings at the trail edges and intersections. Volunteer tasks will include planting and watering. Expect a 5-10 minute walk on a paved trail from the parking area on fairly even terrain. Work will be at trail edges and prairie pockets.
This is a family-friendly event. Volunteers of all ages and backgrounds are encouraged to attend. No previous knowledge or experience is necessary, we will provide the tools and training required.
Lunch will be provided for volunteers! There will also be light snacks and extra water available, however, please bring your own reusable water bottle and any additional snack items you may need.
