Office Volunteer
Reports To: Volunteer Coordinator
Administrative (Office) Volunteers support hospice staff through office and clerical tasks that help our team better serve patients and families. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and looking to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Filing, copying, and organizing paperwork
- Preparing admission packets and volunteer materials
- Assisting with mailings, memorial projects, and office support tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications:
- At least 16 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
- Willing to complete orientation, background check, and required paperwork/training
