    Description

    Description: Be the friendly face of Power Women, Power Tools®! As an Event Support Volunteer, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming, and organized experience for guests, volunteers, sponsors, and staff throughout the day.

    In this dynamic role, you’ll stay one step ahead by anticipating needs and jumping in wherever support is needed—whether it is greeting guests, offering directions, keeping refreshments stocked, assisting with parking or shuttle coordination, supporting volunteer check-in, or helping maintain a clean and inviting event environment. Flexibility is key, as tasks may shift throughout the day based on event needs. Your positive energy, helpful attitude, and attention to detail will help ensure every guest feels comfortable, valued, and excited to be part of the experience.

    Impact: Help support our large women build, make women feel powerful, and make an impact on building eight affordable homes for the Long Beach community.

    Roles & Responsibilities: organizing supplies, assembling materials, placing signage and décor, setting up hospitality and registration areas, preparing volunteer materials, moving light equipment, and assisting with general event setup needs across multiple spaces.

    Requirements: Able to be outdoors for entire shift, able to lift up to 20 lbs
