Operation HOPE Coordinator

Operation HOPE (Health, Outreach, Partnership, Encouragement). It’s a community project for

the community by the community.

The idea is we reach children who are disproportionately affected by school closure during these months. We are looking to partner with various summer lunch programs across the Portland Metro counties.

We will provide each child with little bags full of goodies. At a minimum, we would like to provide them

  2. Band-Aids
  3. A treat like a couple of mints
  4. A word of encouragement or artwork and
  5. Writing utensils like pencils/erasers or a pen.

We are looking for a volunteer to help us coordinate the efforts and help the kids availing the benefits of the Federal Lunch Program while also learning about STEM.
