About the Role:

Our Event Volunteers help create a smooth and welcoming experience for guests attending concerts, performances, and community events at the Box Factory. You’ll be stationed at the entrance to greet attendees, check in pre-purchased tickets, and sell tickets at the door.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive for events.
• Collect and check tickets at the door.
• Assist with on-site ticket sales (training provided).
• Answer basic event questions and direct guests to seating.
• Provide a friendly, helpful presence throughout the evening.

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing and welcoming attitude.
• Comfortable interacting with the public.
• Basic comfort with handling ticket sales (training provided).
• Reliable and punctual for assigned events.
