H.E.A.R. The Dream Foundation is seeking volunteers to work on with our production and Business development teams. If you are ambitious, a team player, self-starter, excellent communicator, speak English, and have a heart for charity work, we would like you to join our team. H.E.A.R. The Dream Foundation is growing and evolving to share the love in these core areas, humanitarian, earth awareness, arts & entertainment, and research for cures and STEM. The volunteers will cover production and business development activities in these core areas.

The volunteers must be self-motivated and self-starters with a proven track record for meeting deadlines with top-notch quality work. If you qualify for any of the listed positions, apply for the volunteer opportunity!

Location: Fully Remote

COVID-19

Considerations: Masks are required while on the job will be provided if needed along with sanitizers to maintain workspace sterility.

Job Type: Volunteer

Schedule: Weekends and during the week between 4:00 PM EST and 8:00 PM EST and some weekdays after 4:00 pm

* Requires a successfully comprehensive background check prior to volunteering.

Qualifications and Experience:

Business Development Manager (2) candidates

  • Excellent Communicator.
  • Knowledge with Charity organizations.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Establish new business partnerships with top corporation and non-profits.
  • Ability to discuss the mission and goals of the organization to obtain sponsors.
  • Ability to work with Creative Director to obtain guests for the production.
  • Creative and the ability to contribute to the project’s production goals.
  • Ability to manage timelines of the production.
  • Ability to work with a production team.
  • Ability to conduct research and data gathering for the organization’s mission.
  • Work collaboratively with Executive Management on proposals and proposed event deliverables.

Production Assistant (2) candidates

  • Excellent Communicator.
  • Knowledge with Charity organizations.
  • Creative in working with a production team.
  • Ability to contribute to the overall project’s production goals.
  • Ability to articulate creative ideas to a team.
  • Ability to work with crew, directors, producer, and videographers to manage the production for each segment and series. 
  • Creative and able to articulate ideas for the show and design the set.
  • Prepare the guests for each segment and series of the show.

Videographer (2) candidates

  • Excellent Communicator
  • Knowledge with Charity organizations
  • Creative in working with a production team.
  • Can work a professional video camera for on location projects or online.
  • Proficient in video editing software.
  • Knowledge with video recording.

Creative Director (2) candidates

  • Excellent Communicator
  • Knowledge with Charity organizations
  • Creative in working with a production team.
  • Can develop ideas for the show’s online presence.
  • Proficient in graphics design.
  • Ability to create visual content that contributes to the organizations mission for each production online or on location.
  • Drive the creative process for the organization’s mission.
  • Work with the team and stakeholders on regularly basis.
  • Provide a status of the production to Executive Management.

Education:

  • High school, College, or equivalent experience (Required)
  • Language: English (Required)
  • Charity organizations background (optional)

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate status regularly on progress and meets all deadlines. Communicates progress along the way with video chat/zoom, photos, videos, email, and phone.
  • Ability to go on-location and use responsible COVID safety rules.
  • Have a cell phone or access to a phone to make calls.
  • Have access to a computer for video conference calls.
  • Ability to layout production plans for the core areas.
  • Ability to eloquently discuss ideas and plans with customers and Executive Management.
  • Have access to computer with Microsoft software Suite.
  • Have access to computer or laptop to video chat.
  • Creative and a quick learner.
  • Ability to work with production equipment on-location.
  • Ability to go on-location or online.

Physical Requirements:

The employee vision should not be a problem to see flaws in materials and to perform job function. The job responsibilities require lifting minimal 50 lbs. with the ability to maneuver by bending, kneeling, carrying, and walking etc.
