Senior Strategy Operations Advisor

Global Outreach Doctors (GoDocs) seeks volunteer Senior Strategy Operations Advisor to work with the President/Founder for operational and high-level decisions and meetings. Assist GoDocs with overall organizational strategy, mission operations, partnership evaluations, and new hires.

GoDocs is a nonprofit 501 c(3) humanitarian organization of dedicated medical professionals providing disaster response in natural and manmade events, including wars, earthquakes, typhoons, and refugee crises.

Current missions include Turkey and Ukraine.

GoDocs has provided almost daily medical support on the frontlines since the beginning of the 2022 war in Ukraine. GoDocs has 12 ambulances in Ukraine and provides $300,000 in financial aid to Ukraine hospitals.

Prior missions include Poland, Iraq, Nepal, Lesvos, Ethiopia, Kenya, Bangladesh, Syria border, Guatemala, Mexico, DRC, Columbia, Ecuador, Panama, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Venezuela, Philippines, Grenada, Turkey, USA (COVID/hurricanes).

Required Experience/Skills:

• Prior senior leadership experience.
• Excellent supervisory, problem-solving, mediation, communication and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One or more of the following backgrounds: MBA, MPH, MPA, PhD, MD, JD.
