    Description

    Make a difference in your fellow veterans and veteran family's lives!

    Calling all veteran men and women!

    What we need: Elara Caring Hospice, one of the nation's largest providers of home-based care, is looking for compassionate veteran volunteers willing to donate their time to provide exceptional end-of-life care to local hospice veterans and their families.

    What you will do: Provide 1-2 hours of weekly companionship to a hospice veteran patient in their home or at a nursing facility. Visits can be done on weekdays, evenings, or weekends to fit your schedule! Your visits will provide support and promote healing through a shared life experience of code of conduct and honor served in the military.
