E-Learning Creator - Environmental Science

Description: UPchieve is looking for an E-Learning Creator that will ensure that students seeking help with Environmental Science are tutored by volunteers who are knowledgeable and prepared. The E-Learning Creator will also help us expand and improve existing curriculums and modules, and may be tasked with answering questions and explaining problems that the tutors struggle to help students with.

Responsibilities:

• Work with UPchieve to develop and implement a training curriculum centered specifically on Environmental Science content areas for volunteers using the UPchieve platform
• Ensure that volunteers who help students with Environmental Science are properly vetted and prepared to help
• Suggest improvements to our training program and advise on additional subjects/areas to be covered

Qualifications:

• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Highly motivated and able to generate and execute ideas
• Bonus: Major/degree in Environmental Science / science in general
