    Remote Telephone Support Volunteers Needed for Southeastern MA including Cape Cod

    Are you looking to volunteer?

    Do you enjoy talking on the telephone?

    You have come to the right place!

    Beacon Hospice an Amedisys company is looking for volunteers to make telephone calls to patients and family members as well as Bereavement Support Phone calls.

    We have several opportunities available:

    • Admission Calls - these calls are made 10 days after the patient has joined our service.
    • Service Support Calls - these calls are made bi-weekly to check in on the patient and families.
    • Bereavement Support Calls

    These calls can be made directly from your home, or you could visit the care centers and make the calls from there. We will provide a script to use to make the call. You will be required to complete Volunteer Training Program before starting these calls. Our training is free, and participants will receive a Certificate for completing the training.
