    Description

    Volunteer with Our Arbor Residents!

Do you enjoy reading aloud, visiting with others, and bringing a little sunshine to someone’s day? We’d love for you to join us!

We’re looking for caring volunteers to spend a few afternoons a week (and possibly weekends) with our Arbor residents. Your main role will be reading the daily newspaper to the group and enjoying good conversation together. A clear speaking voice is important so everyone can participate.

    To get started, you’ll need:

✔️ A Minnesota Department of Human Services background study

✔️ Completion of four short online orientation modules

It doesn’t take much time to make a big difference. Share your voice, your presence, and your smile—we’d love to welcome you to our volunteer team!

If interested, please reach Volunteer Director, Betty Carlson, directly at bjcarlson@preshomes.org or (952) 471-3920.
