Herbal Garden Volunteer

We are inviting volunteers for Herbal and Botanical garden develpoment in association with Maple Leaf Hospital, Kangra Himachal Pradesh India

Herbal Garden Volunteer will be involved in following activities:

To get knowledge about various herbal plants having pharmaceutical value

To work in group with for mapping, clearing, removal of weeds, landscaping

Surveying, Identification, tagging of plants,

development,  tilling and  preparation of the small gardening plots

To have research in planning new designs for sitting places, entry gates, huts etc inside herbal garden    

To visit herbal gardens, plant nurseries for collection of seeds

Making a pathway inside a herbal garden

Taking care of plants inside herbal garden

Pruning and trimming of trees  

Opportunity to work in a team and have good managerial skills

Developing and maintaining walking pathways in the garden area
