The Jacinto Convit World Organization (JCWO) is a U.S. nonprofit and nongovernmental organization founded in 2014 to contribute primarily to important areas of public health, such as cancer and endemic diseases, around the world. The organization is named after Dr. Jacinto Convit (1913-2014), a Venezuelan and world renowned physician, scientist, and humanist, who benefited millions worldwide with his medical studies during his career span of more than 70 years. Our mission is to give access to better healthcare solutions to those that need it the most. All the material developed by JCWO is in English, though directed to people around the world, like South America, Europe, etc. Working in team with our sister organization Fundación Jacinto Convit in South America, makes a need to translate some information originally written in Spanish, or include extra information into JCWO’s documents. From any place you can work with us to translate texts, revise documents and improve written information.
Possesses skills in writing (native in English), strong written/verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relations.
