Child Care Volunteer at HGADC Organisation: Share God's Love with Our Children

HGADC Organisation is a Christian organization dedicated To restore hope and dignity by providing education, food, and empowerment programs to children, single mothers, and families in need, equipping them with sustainable tools for a brighter future in Christ.” We are seeking compassionate, enthusiastic volunteers to provide safe and loving care for children . This is a great opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus, nurturing the next generation!

Location: [Jinja, Uganda]

Time Commitment: 20hours per week

Responsibilities: A Ministry of Presence

As a volunteer, you will help us ensure a secure and fun environment. Your main role is to model God's love through your actions.

• Active Supervision and Safety: Ensure the well-being of all children in your care .
• Engaging Play: Organize and lead fun, age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
• Spiritual Nurturing: Share simple, Christ-centered truths through stories, songs, and prayer.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to maintain a clean, organized, and positive space.

Qualifications: Love God, Love Kids

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, mature, and share our Christian faith and values.

• A personal commitment to Christ and a desire to serve in a ministry setting.
• Genuine love for children and the patience to handle diverse behaviors.
• Reliability and a commitment to serving your scheduled shift.
• Successful completion of a background check and our child protection training (mandatory).
