The Community of Volunteer Educators (COVE) is a volunteer-run public service organization that provides free, virtual tutoring and after school programming for students in NYC. COVE aims to expand access to equitable youth learning opportunities and strives to advance issues of economic, racial, and social justice within our communities, especially in this unexpected shift to remote learning.

We are in need of more administrative volunteers for our Research Team to help us achieve our mission. Responsibilities include:

• developing feedback forms to improve our programs

• conducting interviews with COVE students and families

• developing evaluation frameworks for data evaluation

If you have experience in social science research and are passionate about educational equity, this role is for you! All work takes place remotely, during the week or weekends.
