MSC needs volunteers for its Federal Way Food Bank to help us provide

essential resources to individuals and families in need. 

Accurately enter customer lists to track total number of households and individuals who visit the food bank. Enter new client basic information while maintaining confidentiality.

Required qualifications are: Ability to type 25 wpm, navigate computer programs, commitment to maintaining strong level of confidentiality when managing personal client information.

Available shifts are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30-11:00am and 11:00am-2:00pm and Thursdays 11:00am-1:00pm.

All volunteers must complete an application online and have a completed and approved background check.

• We are following CDC and public health guidelines for social distancing and cleaning and are currently only seeking volunteers within the following parameters: volunteers who are healthy and showing no signs of illness.
• Volunteers who are not members of high-risk groups for COVID-19 (high risk groups include those 60+, with underlying health conditions, or who are pregnant).
• Volunteers age 16 or older.
• Volunteers must be willing and able to wear a mask or face covering during their entire volunteer shift.
