    Position Title: HR - Operations Training Director (Intern)

    Reports To: Chief Human Resources Officer

    Location: Remote

We help companies optimize their HR functions, improve employee performance, and align HR strategies with overall business goals. Services range from generalist support to specialized areas like talent management, compensation, and benefits.

    Job Summary: An HR Training and Development Director (Experience based salary only) is responsible for creating and executing learning strategies to enhance employee skills and align with business goals. Key duties include conducting needs assessments, designing and implementing training programs (e-learning, workshops, etc.), managing training budgets, evaluating program effectiveness, and leading a team of training professionals. This role requires strategic planning, budget management, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous learning.

    Key responsibilities

    • Strategy and alignment: Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies that support the organization's objectives and address skill gaps.
    • Program development: Design, develop, and implement a variety of training programs, such as onboarding, leadership development, and technical skills training.
    • Needs assessment: Conduct performance and skills gap analyses to identify training needs at the individual, team, and departmental levels.
    • Budget and vendor management: Manage the training and development budget, track expenses, and build relationships with external training vendors or educational institutions.
    • Evaluation and reporting: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using performance metrics and feedback, and report on outcomes to senior management.
    • Team leadership: Lead and mentor the training and development team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
    • Learning culture: Promote a culture of continuous learning through various methods, including coaching, mentorship, and implementing new training technologies.
