    Description

    Be a hero to your community! Join the Disaster Action Team at the American Red Cross.

    As a Disaster Action Team (DAT) volunteer:

    • respond to local emergencies
    • connect people to recovery resources
    • comfort disaster survivors

    Disaster Action Team volunteer expectations:

    • on-call for a minimum of 2 on-call shifts per month
    • requires transportation and computer and/or cell phone skills
