As a GLOSS Phase Coach, you'll mentor and build meaningful relationships with young ladies in your assigned phase group of 17+. You'll support their personal and spiritual growth through weekly gatherings, consistent check-ins, and prayer-helping them embrace God’s best for their lives. Rooted in Titus 2, this role is a powerful opportunity to guide the next generation of women of God.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete Phase Coach training
Lead weekly Butterfly Café sessions
Maintain weekly contact with your phase group
Provide support for spiritual development and Crossover preparation
Maintain confidentiality and pray regularly for GLOSS
