    Description

    FOOD PREP

    Responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting in cooking to ensure high-quality, timely service. Duties include setting up and stocking workstations, measuring and preparing ingredients (vegetables, meats, desserts, etc) following prep lists, and executong basic cooking tasks such as sauces, salads and simple entrees. Maintains cleanliness and organziation of the kitchen by santizing stations, labeling and rotating stock, and recording inventory. Ensures compliance with food safety, nutrition, and santitation standards while supporting chef and performing additional kitchen duties as assigned.

    2 shifts available:

    • 08:00 to 10:30 MST
    • 11:30 to 13:00 MST
