We are looking for someone with a background in social work, violent extremism, and/or qualitative research to help assist us with our toll-free helpline for families/friends concerned about a loved one slipping into extremism. Our helpline has helped dozens of people exit extremism – and in the process prevented potential acts of violence. Responsibilities include answering the helpline, leading the caller through an in-take process, recording notes in the Parents 4 Peace (P4P) designated style, sitting in silently on interventions with our P4P clinician and recording notes, compiling notes, coding notes and helping the P4P Helpline First responders team develop a formal methodology process to be evaluated by Harvard School of Public Health.
