Music can offer comfort and emotional support to terminally ill individuals by evoking positive memories, promoting relaxation and helping to manage pain and anxiety. We are looking for someone interested in providing music for hospice patients. Can you play guitar? You don't have to be a professional! Music is a soothing and helpful tool when working with our patients. Can you sing? Many patients would love to have someone sing to them. Compassus has plenty of opportunities to provide this relaxing therapy to our patients in private homes, as well as in facilities. Hospice care isn’t just about end-of-life, it’s about improving quality of life. We provide families with the resources and emotional support they need to honor their loved ones’ wishes and navigate this final journey with dignity. It’s about making the last days as peaceful and meaningful as possible for everyone involved. We provide training and continuing education throughout the year.
