Outreach Administrative Volunteer

The Community of Volunteer Educators (COVE) is a volunteer-run public service organization that provides free, virtual tutoring and after school programming for students in NYC. COVE aims to expand access to equitable youth learning opportunities and strives to advance issues of economic, racial, and social justice within our communities, especially in this unexpected shift to remote learning. 

We are in need of more administrative volunteers for our Outreach Team to help us achieve our mission. Responsibilities include: 

• strategizing recruitment of administrative volunteers, tutors, and families

• researching and contacting community-based organizations to establish partnerships

• mobilizing the COVE community to recruit within their networks

If you enjoy speaking to new people and building connections, this role is for you! All work takes place remotely, during the week or weekends.
