The mission of our sisters school is to inspire and educate middle school girls from the Greater New Bedford area to reach their full potential in a safe, supportive and challenging environment. Our Sisters' School provides a quality education and welcomes girls from diverse faiths, races and cultures to our unique learning environment.
Tutor Students After School
Between 4:15pm-5:00pm, Monday-Thursday, the students at Our Sisters School have evening study where they work on their homework and review their study materials with the help of volunteer tutors.
We are seeking volunteers- high school students, college students, or adult community members, willing to commit to one day per week for a minimum of one quarter of the school year (approx. 12 weeks). Tutors will work directly with individual students and small groups to support academic learning.
Times:
Monday-Thursday 4:15pm-5:00pm
(We ask that tutors commit to one day a week, for twelve weeks.)
