Learning Home Volunteers is a growing non-profit working in the education equity space. We work for and with low-income parents working with their children, 18 months to 5 years old, to ensure their child enters school with all the foundational skills needed to be successful in school.
We are looking for a volunteer treasurer to serve on our board. The treasurer will offer guidance and support to the Executive Director to ensure sound fiscal planning, decision-making and oversight.
Duties to include:
Estimated time commitment: average of 4-5 hours per month (board meetings, meeting with Executive Director, and reconciliation of books and review of 990 filings). The term is two years with the possibility of renewal for a second term. We are a NetSuite user.
