We co-create solutions with displaced communities—always listening, collaborating, and centering lived experiences. Fueled by integrity, empathy, and curiosity, we’re building innovative and inclusive programs that reimagine what’s possible for displaced people everywhere. If you’re excited to challenge the status quo and help transform lives, you’ll feel at home here.

    Why This Role Matters

Your contributions aren’t just tasks—they’re stepping stones in someone’s journey to self-sufficiency, dignity, and belonging. Every role at Creshendo plays a part in creating inclusive communities where displaced people can rebuild and thrive.

As our Volunteer Development Coordinator, you’ll help us expand our network of supporters and collaborators. By building and nurturing relationships, you’ll strengthen Creshendo’s ability to deliver community-led programs that empower displaced populations worldwide.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • You’ll initiate outreach with prospective partners, ensuring new collaborations align with Creshendo’s mission.
    • You’ll foster long-term relationships with partners, helping secure ongoing support for our programs.
    • You’ll collaborate with program leaders and the fundraising team, enabling coordinated partnership strategies.
    • You’ll track and document partnership activities, ensuring accountability and measurable progress.

    What You Bring

    • A mindset for creative problem-solving—you love experimenting with new approaches.
    • Openness to diverse perspectives—you know the best ideas come from collaboration.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proactive, organized, and comfortable with outreach and relationship building.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
    • Commitment of at least 5 hours per week.

    What You’ll Gain

Joining Creshendo as our Volunteer Development Coordinator means you’ll:

    • Contribute to meaningful partnerships that amplify support for displaced populations.
    • Gain hands-on experience in relationship-building, outreach, and nonprofit development.
    • Connect with like-minded professionals, organizations, and community groups.
    • Play a role in shaping Creshendo’s partnership strategy during an exciting stage of growth.
    • Receive a certificate of completion and a recommendation letter upon fulfilling your volunteer commitment.

Even if you don’t tick every box, if you’re passionate about impact, innovation, and inclusivity—we’d love to meet you.
